FRIDAY SOCIAL at AROUND THE CORNER
Informal social in Around The Corner's large private warehouse room. There is no charge to cover private party bartender fee and appetizers, thanks to one of our classmates. Cash bar for alcoholic and non-aclcoholic drinks.

SATURDAY GOLF
Dan Dimarino made tee times at Springvale golf course in North Olmsted for Saturday morning beginning at 11 am. He reserved 5 groups of 4. Nothing fancy, just 18 holes of golf. The course needs a total number, so him know so he can confirm. Thanks.

SATURDAY LHS TOUR
The Lakewood Rangers Educational Foundation (aka alumni group) conducts free tours at 10:00AM on Saturday, for groups of 12 or more. Tours last 1-1/2 to 2 hours.
We need to know how many are interested in order for them to arrange enough volunteers to lead the tours.

SATURDAY EVENING REUNION DINNER
DoubleTree (Hilton) hotel in Westlake Saturday evening. Casual/nice dress (not formal), with buffet food, DJ playing songs requested by the attendees. An atmosphere that's conducive for mingling, socializing, and having fun! Starts at 6PM and lasts until midnight!
This ClassQuest site will be used to pay for the dinner. The $60 fee (plus a small transaction fee that goes to ClassQuest) covers the hotel facility, food, and music/DJ. Please sign up on the RSVP site if interested - payment portion of this site is ready for credit card payments, PayPal will be ready by 7/12.
DoubleTree is offering rooms at a discount for '79 attendees. Call them directly for room details and reservations.

SUNDAY PICNIC at HUNTINGTON BEACH
We have the Lake Shelter (Back Half) reserved, with seating up to 100. The area has grills and electricity, and a nearby food hut with hot dogs, nachos, etc.
The shelter is booked from 10AM-10PM; we're guessing most folks will want to arrive around 11-12 and stay until 4PM.
Alcohol is NOT permitted in the facility - soooo... be discreet, like you used to do whenever you visited 'the valley' in high school ;-)
Food: Potluck (bring whatever you want to grill, eat, or share), or buy from the on-site snack 'Hut'
Family-friendly: bring kids and grandkids if you like (it's a beach in August, after all!)
Music: There are restrictions re sound systems and bands, so it's boom boxes and Kid Leo on the radio
Cost: The shelter cost was covered by one of our classmates!
